TechCrunch Contest: Become a Blackhole of Negativity

Search Engine Marketing Add comments

I read Techcrunch fairly often, and enjoy Michael Arrington’s lighthearted reporting of the tech community. He has now created a contest to let readers complain about his writing style and inaccurate predictions. Rather than jumping on the hate train, I’ll counter the Digg mentality with some respect & admiration.

TechCrunch was a latecomer to the online journalism field and has seen its readership skyrocket and community grow into an active force. With about 350,000 subscribers (as of this writing) and #3 on technorati this blog has outsted the perennial frontrunners such as zdnet.com and the NYTimes technology news.

Rock on Arrington, its nice to see small guys win!
