Cayley has an especially effective ability to explain to clients a project’s technical design requirements and potential technical solutions in readily understandable terms. Experience managing diverse groups of developers, programmers and designers. Worked with clients to produce usable, effective websites that are compliant with ADA requirements. Taught French to elementary school students for three years, understands the education environment and efective teaching techniques.

Ingvar Grimsgaard brings to NetPaths.net projects the commuunication discipline formed with writing, producing, and directing scores of short informational films and videos. These have been created to reach varied audiences – educational, technical, and general –for clients that have ranged from the Dept. of the Navy, Snap-on Tools, major aerospace corporations, through dozens of independent educational titles, to marketing videos for small business firms. This experience, now tailored to web design, assures both optimized text and content/instructional design.
