Missing this great one from your list PRZOOM.com. Visibility is great, but articles MUST be business related. Great blog by the way!

I’ve been doing some writing work with
http://www.ereleases.com and I think they’d be a good addition to your
list. Although they charge more than some sites, they offer more as
well–including distribution through PR Newswire for a couple hundred
bucks less than PR Newswire itself charges. I hope you’ll consider making
this addition to your post.
In any case, thanks very much for all the great resources! I’ve added your
site to iGoogle (I think I’m one of the four people in the world who
actually likes iGoogle) and will be checking back for new posts. I don’t
know where you find so many sites for your various lists posts, but
they’re very helpful!
Best,

Probably the most effective PR system at the moment is targeted online press releases. It offers the most cost effective marketing solutions in the world and it only has a one time cost to send a press release to any news site in the world. The ability to send a press release to every search engine with the click of a button is revolutionary.

Personally I think it is very nice to have a list of verified PR submitters after using a worthless article submission service. Thank you for sharing, I will retry my PR activities.

Widepr.com is missing
it’s new and absolutely free to post press releases.
1. Free account: Are there more possibilities than just to log in and submit releases, e.g. to create a user or business profile or to handle multiple releases? To control the success of your submitted news it would be nice to have some user behavior statistics displayed.
2. Free directory: Is your profile (if offered) taking part in a searchable business or web directory for free?
3. Free submission: Is there a possibility choose a category and to add keywords? Do you have the chance to preview and edit your release before submission for free? Will it be released for free (usually within 24 hours) or is there a hidden charge (as known from many web directories) to get it out as soon as possible?
4. Free distribution: Does your free press release service offer a free xml news and sitemap feature to make your business news available for search engines and news sites like google or yahoo? Will your release be conditioned to get distributed thru 3rd parties via mail-to-friend, print, pdf-download and social bookmarking options?
5. Free link building: To expand your online visibility for free it should be possible to add clickable links into your press release and business profile within your free account.
6. Free image upload: To present you products and services well and to grab readers attention it might be usefull to add some images to your press release text and a logo for your company’s profile.
7. Free archiving: Your release should be filed in a searchable index to make it accessible for interested readers and designated customers.
